I have stocked and furnished your apartment as I would my own. Except for your clothing and medical needs, you should only need to provide your food to comfortably live at this home away from home. This is a lower level studio apartment. The owner lives in the upstairs unit. There is a shared entryway at the top of the stairs, but other than that your space is private. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs separating the owner's residence from your rental space. There are blackout curtains at the bottom of the stairs and between the 'bedroom' and living room areas. The wet bar is set up with modern appliances for your cooking needs. The kitchenette is stocked with all the dishes, utensils and cookware necessary to make and consume your meals at the bar. The bathroom is stocked with a hair drier, curling iron, plush towels, daily toiletries including shaving products. I literally try to have everything you need available. If I've missed anything, please let me know. I live upstairs. Since I offer self check-in, I do not usually have any physical contact with guests unless requested due to COVID. It's an established neighborhood with huge trees. My house just turned 100 years old. Uber and taxi services are popular modes of transportation. There is also a bus stop 2 1/2 blocks from here. Our city streets run on a grid with Avenues running east and west and Streets running north and south. So easy to find your way around if you're driving. Both freeways are close too. In summer months, there are colorful plants galore, including on the private patio area where you can relax on the comfy furniture while enjoying a fire or a soak in the outdoor hot tub. Both hot tub towels and firewood are provided free of charge.
