Mariners Museum in Newport News houses the raised Civil War ironclad, The Monitor and great displays on the history of boats and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay. Virginia Institute of Marine Science ( VIMS ) aquarium is a fun, family learning adventure. Busch Gardens, Kings Dominion, Water Country USA, are popular family theme parks in Williamsburg.
