Stay in a nice, spacious house just a 5-minute walk to NASA Goddard's main gate. Beautiful neighborhood and home! Comfortable bed and linens with a bathroom right next to your room. You have a desk and a 40" LED TV in your room too. The space The house is relatively new and huge. Very quiet atmosphere. The bathroom may be shared with up to one other guest (if the other bedroom is booked). We also have a ping pong table downstairs in the walk out basement. And a multi station work-out gym station in the garage. This house is convenient to Greenbelt, Lanham, College Park, Washington, DC, Laurel, Silver Spring, Landover, and more. And we are **SUPER convenient to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center** Guest access In addition to your room and a bathroom within steps you will have access to a full kitchen, 2 living room areas, dining area, the laundry room with full sized washer & dryer, and the back patio, front yard, and back yard. Other things to note • Please be mindful this is a shared home and kindly clean up after yourself. :) • Shoes off in the house, please. • Quiet hours 10pm - 8am weekdays. 11pm-9am weekends. • Complimentary Coffee & Tea Selections. • Each guest who wishes to have kitchen access must help keep the shared kitchen tidy. Light kitchen chores are shared among guests for in-between maid visits. This includes wiping counters, taking out the trash/recycling, running the sweeper over the kitchen floor, running dishwasher, wiping microwave, etc. It is one evening per week and takes about 15-20 min. • Also, after the maids visit - washing the shower curtain and bathroom rug would be a shared chore between the 2 people sharing the bathroom. Or 1 person if the other bedroom is not occupied.
