You have a desk and a 40" LED TV in your room too. The house is relatively new and huge. Very quiet atmosphere. The bathroom may be shared with up to one other guest (if the other bedroom is booked). We also have a ping pong table downstairs in the walk out basement. And a multi station work-out gym station in the garage. This house is convenient to Greenbelt, Lanham, College Park, Washington, DC, Laurel, Silver Spring, Landover, and more. And we are **SUPER convenient to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center** In addition to your room and a bathroom within steps you will have access to a full kitchen, 2 living room areas, dining area, the laundry room with full sized washer & dryer, and the back patio, front yard, and back yard. Quiet, beautiful, safe neighborhood. It is the first neighborhood closest to NASA's front gate. The neighborhood is called GREENSPRING. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks, friendly neighboors made up of mostly professionals and families, birds chirping, kids playing. It's very comfortable. We are conveniently located; 🔆9 miles (15 km) outside of Washington DC city limits. Less than 500 meters (1/3 mile), ✅ quick 5-minute walk to: 🚀 NASA Front Gate 🚌 Bus Stop? 15x, G14 🥘 Ruby Tuesday’s 🍔 Burgers? Five Guys 🍕 Pizza? Ledo’s Restaurant which also has delicious salads and subs. Papa Johns is also a short walk. Light kitchen chores are shared among guests for in-between maid visits. This includes wiping counters, taking out the trash/recycling, running the sweeper over the kitchen floor, running dishwasher, wiping microwave, etc. It is one evening per week and takes about 15-20 min. • Also, after the maids visit - washing the shower curtain and bathroom rug would be a shared chore between the 2 people sharing the bathroom. Or 1 person if the other bedroom is not occupied.
