The basement has one bedroom with one queen size bed, a large living room with a couch and a full-size sleeper sofa, a wet bar with refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a full bathroom with bathtub. If needed, can provide Pack-N-play and additional sheets and blankets. It is a spacious light-filled basement with its own deck and walks directly into the beautiful wooded backyard and waterfront. The house is conveniently located to Woodbridge, Quantico, Lorton, Belvoir, and DC: 2 minutes to I-95, 2 minutes drive (or 15 minutes walk) to commuter Train Station (VRE), 30 minutes drive to Washington DC. It is minutes to grocery stores (Wegmans, Walmart, Costco, Sam's club, etc) and all shopping destinations (Potomac Mills Outlet, Stonebridge, IKEA, Apple Store, REI).
