1 hour from Paris, close to all amenities, I welcome you to an authentic Norman farmhouse in a small, completely independent house. You have a nice space to relax and have a good time. Come and discover our beautiful region and enjoy the places: swimming pool (heated), tennis, ping pong, petanque, playground, barbecue... Great for a tourist stay, for families with children, for business travelers (fully enclosed property) The space Ideally located, you can enjoy the countryside while being close to all the shops, which are 5 minutes away by car. This gîte includes: - a bedroom that sleeps 3 (160x200 bed and 90x200 single bed) - a bathroom with shower, - a living room including: sitting area with sofa bed (2 people) - TV / Wi-Fi dining room fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort, the beds will be made, so you won't have anything to do upon arrival! (towels not provided) A barbecue is at your disposal (charcoal is not provided). For your safety, the property is completely fenced, and several vehicles can park there. Access to the pool is via a secure gate so that small children cannot open it. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis court, there are many leisure activities available on site: ping pong, playground for children, badminton, various outdoor games... but also nearby: - OTIUM center within a 10-minute drive (Battle Kart, ice rink, Ball In Door, etc.) - greenway, 27 km for walking or cycling, Dreux state forests (possibility of walking or cycling routes), botanical trail, - Paintball - canoeing, - equestrian center, - Ecluzelles nautical center, - golf, - go-karting, Ouest Parisien racing circuit... Regarding the pool: - The property's swimming pool is shared and will be available to our guests from May to September. The pool is equipped with a heat pump - Opening hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM every day for our guests (specific hours are possible) - No guests outside the rental will be able to access it - It is free to use on weekends and from early July to late August. During the week, a flat fee of €35 will be charged to use it. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as a private garden and a leisure area. There you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Garden furniture, Barbecue (charcoal not included) Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, free access for stays of at least one week (detergent is not provided) Outdoor games: Tennis, Heated pool, Table tennis, Badminton, Molkky, Boules, Children's playground Only the pool, tennis and laundry room are shared. Other things to note Regarding the pool: - The pool is heated - Swimming is unsupervised - Swimming is forbidden for children not accompanied by an adult - The pool is treated with chlorine - Dimensions: 8m x 4m - Depth: 1.20 m to 2 m - For babies, special swimming diapers are mandatory - A waiver must be signed to access the pool - Depending on the bookings, to allow you to enjoy the pool exclusively, time slots can be set up if you wish. - No guests outside the rental will be able to access it. Regarding tennis: - Usable year‑round (recreational tennis, some imperfections) For remote work, the network is good quality. The cottage has its own internet connection. For electric cars, a flat fee of at least €9 (depending on the vehicle) per day will be payable to recharge a vehicle. Baby cot & high chair available on request. The gîte is located near a road, which can cause traffic from time to time.
