Located in residential area between 1792 and Heaven Hill distilleries. No third party bookings. No pets. 1 bedroom w queen bed, 1 bath w shower, washer/dryer, and family room. Ideally suited for couple or solo traveler. Please message if more than 2 prior to booking. Wet bar, massage table, ice maker, touring bicycles, off street parking. The space Guest have sole access to walkout basement apartment, including dorm fridge, sink, and microwave (wet bar). Outside patio with fire pit (and firewood) is also accessible during stay. Ideally suited for couple or solo travelers. Please message host prior to booking if more than two guest. Baby crib available upon request. No indoor cooking other than microwave and toaster. Two cruiser bikes are available if you would like to bike downtown (please give advance notice). Guest access The upstairs areas are off limits to guest, as well as garage and workshop. Rental area has private downstairs entrance and off street parking. Other things to note There is one step between parking area and entrance. There are no steps inside. The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of butts appropriately. We have two outdoor cats. They love attention if you want to give it. Also.
