Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and free covered parking space. Cant get much closer to beach! Ask about our golf cart rental. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing! The space We are not new to Airbnb ownership, but we are new to the Tybee area. We also manage all aspects of this condo, so you work directly with us. It's our goal for you to have a great visit to Tybee Island. We are located on desirable North Beach, right around the corner from the Tybee Historic Lighthouse and surrounded by rich history. You will see Fort Screven historic landmarks surrounding North Beach and throughout the Island. Our Beach Club condo includes (1) free covered parking spaces that will fit a car or crossover SUV comfortably. It will fit some oversized vehicles but it will be tight fit - just unload prior to pulling in. *Please do not park in the No Parking Zone*. You can enjoy 2 pools plus a waiting pool that small children can enjoy. Lounge chairs surround the pool area for your relaxation and sunbathing desires. Inside our third (top) floor condo you will find comfort, essentials for your everyday vacation needs, two bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most breathtaking ocean view from the back patio which extends to the master bedroom sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a tub shower. And of course, don't forget the ocean view...from your bed! If the ocean view is not enough, you can enjoy a Roku TV - ready for Netflix or any Smart TV application. The second bedroom has a Full Size Bunk - 2 Double Beds with a twin trundle. Can sleep 5, but ideally and more comfortably 4. This bedroom also is equipped with a Roku TV. Right outside the bedroom you will find the second full bath. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster and microwave. Fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking essentials. Dining room table seats 6 comfortably. There is a wet bar off of the living room with a sink and Keurig. I will provide a few coffee and tea selections for your enjoyment while you are our guests. We also have a regular coffee maker in the kitchen. We will supply the filters just bring your favorite coffee along with you. The living room has a full comfy couch, recliner, coffee tables and mounted flat screen ...plus the amazing ocean view! The walk-out balcony has seating for up to seven to enjoy watching the sun rise/set, watch the ships pass, and the waves crash against the beach. Amazing! If interested, we offer golf cart rental. BL# 00508 STVR# 00508A Guest access The entire Condo Other things to note Important to note**This property is on the top (third) floor which does require you to climb 3 flights of stairs - approximately 50 stairs in total. There are no elevators on this property. But I promise the view and not having anyone above you is worth it! Also Important to note**This is a gated community and the only way to enter through the gate is with the gate key-card. The gate access key-card will be inside of our beach gear storage shed under our unit's stairs. The shed's combination will be released to you two days prior to check-in. There is no longer a gate "code" for entry due to parking violations. Welcome to North Beach! We love this area of Tybee as it is not so congested but is within walking/biking distance from everything. Besides our 3 miles of beautiful beaches, here are a few other things to enjoy while you are here: We have a great park - Jacee Park that is 0.5 miles away. One of our favorite places to walk and ride bikes. I have attached pictures in the gallery for reference. You can play disc golf, play on the playground, basketball, paddleball and/or just enjoy the beautiful scenery. Walking and biking the island. Well marked bike paths make riding an incredibly fun and scenic adventure. Bike and golf cart rentals are available - Zoom Bike Rental, Tybee Island Bike Rentals, Fat Tire Bike Rental, Tim's Bike and Beach Gear Catch the sunset on the beach or at the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum - You can climb Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse, watch the sun sink into the horizon and then walk to the catwalk to see the moon rise up over the ocean. Reservations are required and also include admission to the site the following day. Take a dolphin tour; Learn how to paddleboard; Rent kayaks; Rent Jet ski's; get a massage; Go on a Deep Sea Fishing Charter Excursion! Eat some amazing food! Our number one favorite DIVE bar/restaurant is Huc-A-Poos! We have walked and biked the short .8 miles to our favorite hot spot several times. Great place for all and wont break the bank! Best pizza, slow-poke (chicken quesadilla) and best adult beverage prices on the island! Next to Huc-A-Poos you can visit TyBean and grab some specialty coffee or breakfast treats. In that same area there are many eclectic shops to visit! Too many amazing places to eat/drink to list. Exploring the island and trying new things just adds to the amazing adventure that awaits you!
