Boasting beautiful new fixtures, floor, decor, etc. The space is quaint with an open floor plan in the living room/dining area with high ceilings and plenty of light. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with a stand up shower. The back deck is wider than usual and a lovely place to relax. There is a beautiful yard with swings and a hammock for guests enjoyment as well. The space ***What is provided: clean sheets, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towels rolls, 4 bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and surfboards. ***What you need to bring: toiletries, personal items, and other beach accessories Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs 2 bedroom home and the exterior deck. You are also welcome to use the yard, swings, hammock outside. You also have access to bikes, beach accessories, and anything in the rack out back. You DO NOT have access to the garage or tree house.
