A cozy and spacious apartment with outdoor seating and living room, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen for max. 5 people is waiting for you. Spend relaxing days in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley without train and ship noise but still close to the Loreley Rock and the famous open-air stage. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a nice holiday! The space The cozy apartment can be reached via a separate entrance in the basement of the house and is about 40 square meters. It consists of one bedroom, a living room, a small anteroom as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, with Oven. Coffee maker, toaster as well as cutlery plates and cups equipped. This room is also suitable as a laptop workspace with fast Wi-Fi connection. The apartment offers enough space even for large families and a long-term vacation. It is equipped with a flat screen TV and stereo system and cozy seating that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a wardrobe and a single bed.- Seating and sunbathing options in the garden, also under a gazebo, are available. Fast Wi-Fi (1000 Mbit) is available throughout the apartment and in the garden via a separate guest network. Since we attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene, our apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each guest and disinfected according to the applicable regulations. Parking is in front of the house on the street (cul-de-sac). A set of towels is available to each guest free of charge. You will receive the key to the apartment directly upon arrival with a deposit of €50.
