My place is good for families (with kids). The space The property is located in a quiet residential area, a 5-minute walk from the sea, facing the Île Rousse. It is classified 5 stars in furnished tourist accommodation by the Bandol Tourist Office. The pleasant and shaded coastal path leads to the various coves and beaches of the calanques. Pebble or sand beaches. The beaches of L'Anglaise or Capelan, the closest, are frequented mainly by locals. The superb bay of Rénecros (fine sand beach) is a short fifteen-minute walk along the coastal path. This trail promises memorable walks or jogs through colourful and contrasting Mediterranean landscapes (the green of the pines and the blue of the sea and sky). The property, with parking, is fully enclosed and secure. Protected by pine trees, you will live to the rhythm of the cicadas. The city centre of Bandol is a 20-minute walk and local shops are 500 m away (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, newspapers, medical centre). The villa is on two floors, it is south west facing. On the ground floor are the living rooms: - entrance with vestibule, - fully equipped modern kitchen, - dining area with 6 seats, - 2 lounge areas. - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. - Toilet . Several terraces are available to you: the south terrace in Ipé, partly covered with direct access to the garden, a hammock is at your disposal; a well-protected north terrace for moments in the shade, ideal for breakfast and lunch; an east terrace. The large bay windows and multiple openings offer great brightness and an indoor/outdoor feel. The services are high-end in a contemporary style (heated/refreshing floor, air conditioning upstairs, noble materials, etc.) Upstairs, airy, there are two bedrooms: - the master bedroom with a south facing 160 cm bed with terrace. - the bedroom with three single beds: 1 bed in 80cm*200cm, 2 beds in 90cm*200cm +small terrace. There is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a south terrace. Upstairs, a solid oak parquet and a large south facing terrace, in the middle of the pines. There are numerous attractions nearby. The natural parks of the Calanques, the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros are the jewels of the region. The Cadière d'Azur and the medieval village of Castellet, in the vineyards, are worth the trip. The Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire massifs are very popular for hiking. For enthusiasts, the famous Dolce Frégate golf course (18 holes) is located less than ten minutes away by car: mythical course with its hole No. 10, school course (Frégalon) and practice. The municipal tennis courts are a 5-minute walk along the coastal path. Booking is weekly only, with arrival and departure on Saturday, in July and August. Bedding and towels can be booked at a price of 10 euros per person. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 150 euros (170 euros for stays of two consecutive weeks). A deposit of 1200 euros is requested one week before the start of the rental, by cheque or bank transfer. No cash.
