Your retreat has just undergone a complete gut and remodel and now includes a contemporary new en-suite bathroom inside the private bedroom. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to Pittsford Village, Rochester, and Finger Lakes attractions. We are also close to many of the college and universities if you are planning a visit. The room is located on the first floor which provides plenty of privacy. The space The very spacious comfortable room is inside a 3,000 square foot colonial home in a quiet neighborhood. The room is sparkling clean with hard wood floors, a cozy contemporary feel and is quiet and private with it's own bathroom/shower. The space has just been reopened after an extensive remodel including new heat and air conditioning, cathedral ceiling, lighting, hardwood floors, and complete bathroom remodel. The bathroom is crisp, clean and bright. Access to the room is somewhat private, off of the garage. The room is immediately adjacent to the side door of the home, you can come and go without passing through the main home. We have a small dog and cat in the home, both love attention. We do not allow smoking in the room or on the property. Guest access There is parking available in our driveway. There is taxi, Uber, and Lyft service available. In good weather guests at the retreat are welcome to use the backyard including swimming pool, patios, covered porch, fire pit, hammock, and swing. During your stay We live in the home and are available to answer questions about the area, restaurants, and drive times. Because of the semi private entrance you will really be able to engage with us as much or little as you like once you have been checked in and shown the room. Other things to note A few precautions we have to take due to the pandemic... 1. Sanitize hands before entering the house. There is a bottle of sanitizer in the garage. 3. As a pandemic precaution we are not able to serve breakfast at this time.
