206C - 2BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room and 40" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
