The villa is within walking distance of the charming old town of Pollensa and just a few minutes' drive from the popular town of Puerto Pollensa. From the entrance door, some steps lead to a courtyard, with a charming sitting area and a garden. The main door leads to the dining room, with beautifully decorated walls and large French windows overlooking the terrace. From the dining room, an arch leads to the spacious and bright living room with large windows offering beautiful views of the city of Pollensa. The independent, fully equipped kitchen has a door leading to a covered terrace (pergola) that provides direct access to the barbecue area and swimming pool (via some steps). Just beside the hallway, there is a double room and a room with two single beds. Both rooms share a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. Further down, via the exterior stone steps, one accesses a room with two single beds that has a full bathroom with shower and direct access to the covered terrace. There is also a second living room on this level, which once again enjoys direct access to the covered terrace. This terrace is elegantly furnished with comfortable patio furniture. The cosy swimming pool, surrounded by cobblestone terraces, offers stunning views of Pollensa's old town and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and a table for dining outdoors while admiring the views. The tourist tax is included in the rates. There is air conditioning in some rooms from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
