Budget friendly by Mission Bay, Central Location

This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in the Morena section of San Diego, close to Mission Bay and Mission Beach! Because of it's location and proximity to nearby attractions, there's always plenty to do, see, and explore in this part of Southern, CA. The space The Space This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in the Morena section of San Diego, close to Mission Bay and Mission Beach! Honestly the space is a best fit for two people, but can accommodate up to four. I do have another twin property that could be made available for larger groups at additional cost. Although A/C is not typically wanted, I do have a floor unit that connects to the window if needed. If used, please be mindful of energy and use only when home (with windows closed). San Diego recently significantly raised energy rates for daytime use. The Neighborhood Morena is an upper class neighborhood that's popular amongst the college-aged crowd, mostly because of it's location to the University of San Diego. Because of it's location and proximity to nearby attractions, there's always plenty to do, see, and explore in this part of the southern CA city. Getting Around There are multiple public bus lines within walking distance of this Morena apartment. If you have access to a car, the main expressways are also easily accessible. This makes getting around San Diego easy and efficient too. Other Things to Note Come stay in this San Diego apartment! Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. No need to strip the bed, but please place any linens, towels, rags you do use in the hamper or a pile in the closet. I try to keep extras available, but please conserve water and use what you need. I will wash all blankets, linens, towels, etc... that are used. I want to ensure you have a clean and enjoyable stay. Also, we travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away. A ring camera with motion sensor provides extra security and keeps and eye on the place when empty :) Guest access The whole house and patio is yours as well as the common area for laundry next to 1214 Viola (the adjoining unit). Other things to note Street parking is generally easy. I rarely park more than a house or two away. Please understand check in/out times are firm (10am/3pm). We have a hard-working small business that services our properties and several others. They need that timeframe to clean places and account for times when some guests leave more to clean than others. Smoking is not allowed in the house (cigarettes or other). A $100 minimum additional cleaning fee will be accessed for smoking in the unit. Registration Details STR-07518L, 636303
