We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property! The space New construction with two separate entries. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate always available free. Pond with fish, zipline, and coasters available. Breakfast that is available consist of all the eggs you want to cook in the apartment along with breakfast bars and hot coffee or hot chocolate. Guest access Guests are allowed to explore the 10 acres. Rope swing in the big oak tree.
