It’s possible to rent this house by yourself, or with a group of up to 4 people. It’s ideal for 2 couples who are traveling together or parents with older kids. Price for 1 bedroom, with own bathroom, and usage of the living room and kitchen is per night. Price for the complete house (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) for 3 or 4 guests. Bedroom A is located on the east side of the house and has a surface of 12,5 m^2. This light and tough room displays some authentic colouring details that surfaced during the renovation. Caution: the height of the cosy, diverting ceiling is around 2 meters and might be less convenient for taller guests. Bedroom B is located on the west side of the house. The room has a lot of natural light and has a surface of 12m^2. Both the rooms contain 2 one-person box spring beds (80x200), which can be rearranged to 1 two-person bed. Please let me know the desired arrangement of beds with the reservation of the room. There is a train station at a 15-minute walking distance, with regularly train traffic between Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. It has nice tourist villages nearby, like Egmond, Berger, Schoorl etc. The accessories, which are placed in the apartment, are also for sale. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or families with older children (the apartment isn’t baby proof secured). Pets, groups of teens and parties aren’t allowed. The apartment is a smoke-free zone. Guest access A little terrace is located on the east side of the house, complete with exuberant flower growth. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun. The house is adjacent to the landlady’s house. Other things to note The accommodation has energy label D. The reservation price shown as it is currently calculated includes gas consumption of 4 m3 per day and electricity consumption of 5 Kwh per day. During colder days, gas consumption may be higher if more use is made of the heating. If actual consumption is higher, € 1.75 per m3 of gas and € 0.50 per kWh of electricity will be charged extra and this must be paid in cash upon departure. This is due to the current extremely high energy prices. I hope for your understanding in this. Towels and bed linen provided. Different check-in and check-out times are possible in consultation with the landlord. Possibly additional sleeping accommodation for several people (mattress on the floor) in consultation with the landlord. Tourist tax 2.50 p.p.p.n. to be paid upon arrival.
