Lovely studio apartment in the 9th floor of the frontline Neptuno Building, in the centre of Marbella, close to all the services that the city offers such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the "Fontanilla" beach so the car is not necessary for your stay. The marina is very close where you can enjoy the different water sports offers, as well as its bars and restaurants during the day and at night.. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade) The space Accommodation comprises: lift access; large lounge/bedroom with folding double bed, separate sofa, flat-screen TV, built-in wardrobe, and access to the furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for your home comforts; separate full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and a Wi-Fi internet connection. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C. 🏊‍♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm. 🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival.
