Villa Corona is located a short distance from the white beaches of the Adriatic Sea (just 300 m away) and very close to the pedestrian centre of Cattolica. This prestigious, 3-storey home has a total area of 250 sq m and the recent renovation has incorporated many furnishing elements of the best quality and design. Interior: The villa develops on 3 floors. The main entrance on the raised floor leads directly into the living room divided into living area with fireplace and dining area. On the opposite side is the large kitchen. The main entrance also leads to the staircase up to the first floor, consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and two bedrooms (one with two single, joinable, beds and one with a queensize bed) with a shared bathroom with shower. Internal stairs lead down to the basement with an open space with living, dining and kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a laundry. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Guest access Park: The outdoor area, which covers about 250 sq m, comprises a beautiful well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. At the back of the villa, near the kitchen, is a shady covered outdoor dining area, perfect for pleasant alfresco meals. Also in the garden are two medium-sized private parking areas.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: Careful architectural planning has permitted the insertion of an elegant swimming pool, well integrated with the surrounding areas. Of fair size, considering the outdoor space available, it measures 10 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1,30 m; access to the water is via internal brick steps. Lined in stone, it has salt purification, heating and internal and external lighting. The border around the pool and the sunbathing area are made of non-slip stoneware. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
