Accommodation consists of a detached one-bedroom house, which sleeps 2 people in a generous sized bedroom. There is a separate toilet, and shower/bathtub. A full kitchen is located in this part of the house. In an adjacent detached “Shed”, there are beds for four people. 1 master bedroom with Queen bed, and a second room with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom/toilet with a shower. The Shed has a large living area, with a kitchenette including Microwave, fridge and Tea / Coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi throughout property. There is a single car carport, but ample parking for the house. There is an outdoor shower, and large spacious garden to be enjoyed by all. Local shops include an IGA, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, and bottle store, plus the famous Heads Hotel and eatery. An outdoor skate park and 25m swimming pool are a minute’s walk away. Shoalhaven Heads is perfect for a beach holiday and a great base for exploring colonial heritage and award-winning Wineries.
