Grand Beach Resort - 313 access to Uncrowded Beach

Newly remodeled 1 Bedroom with King Size bed in Master and hall bunk beds. Located across Beach Blvd from Gulf State Park Beach. 55" Smart TV in LR and 43" Smart TV in BR. The beach has about 3/4 mile of beach area that has no other building or parking access, so it is very easy to spread out. We are 1 mile from the Hang Out which is very easy walk either down the beach or the new sidewalks along Beach Blvd. Private balcony with spectacular view of Gulf State Park. The space Grand Beach 313 is a one bedroom(king sized), 1 bath condo with built in hall bunks (twin sized). It has an beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf State Park beach and pier from the private balcony. The beach is right across Beach Blvd and down the access path. The beach is normally not very crowded since we are at the end of most of the condos going east. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (Hangout) in Gulf Shores. • The unit has luxury vinyl plank throughout the unit. • Fully equipped kitchen small dining room table four bar stools at the large granite bar. • Washer and Dryer in unit • Living room has a 55" flat screen • Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV • There is a set of twin bunk beds built into the alcove in the hallway. • Wireless internet access is provided. • Amenities include Air Conditioning, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD player, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Hair Dryer, Outdoor pool and Hot Tub, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable • Maximum of two cars allowed. One parking pass is included and you can purchase a second for $50. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo with exception of the owner's closet. Other things to note One parking pass is included and will be waiting for you in the condo but a 2nd pass can be purchased for an additional $50. Please let the host know if you will be bringing a second car so that arrangements can be made to purchase a second pass so that your car will not be towed as each vehicle is required to have a parking pass during the stay. Since this is only a 1 BR with built in Bunk Beds we limit the number of adults to 2 as most adults do not find a built in Bunk Bed comfortable.
