MAIN DESCRIPTION A few steps from the white beaches of Pittulongu, Pellicano and Mare and Rocce Villa Miriam boasts an exceptional position sea front that guarantees tranquility and privacy. The villa, characterized by beautiful panoramic views of the gulf, is arranged on one level and has a panoramic living room with a sofa corner and a dining area, a covered veranda facing the sea, an equipped covered terrace, a well-kept garden bordering the sea and a green lawn. It has an independent kitchen equipped with every comfort, three bedrooms and three bathrooms for a total of six sleeps. Each room is air-conditioned. The villa has a large courtyard available for car parking. Only twenty meters separate the garden of Villa Miriam from the crystal clear water. The white sand beach of Mare e Rocce is only 120 meters away and can be reached on foot even with small children; the neighborhood hosts all the services needed for everyday life: pizza restaurant, bar with tobacco, rotisserie, fishmonger and bakery. If you want to dive off the cliff don't worry, it is only 20 meters away from the garden. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Newly built, modern and well maintained, Villa Miriam guarantees its guests comfort and privacy. The living room with wonderful sea view has a lounge corner / satellite TV and sofa, air conditioning; from here you can access the independent kitchen equipped with oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. On the same level is the sleeping area composed of a master bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with single beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower. The living room leads to the outdoor area facing the sea with a covered veranda, garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue; an additional covered veranda offers a comfortable dining table perfect for outdoor dining. The garden planted with green lawn, separated from the parking area, is ideal for children. The entire property is fenced and equipped with a gate. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
