110D - 2BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom upstairs. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room, a 40" TV in the primary bedroom and a 32" in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes three DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
