It is a spacious home that has everything you need for your next get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There’s a spacious living room to watch streamed movies and/or get work done. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, plenty of counter space and a large dinning table for entertaining. Please enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea on our private backyard deck and sleep peacefully without the noise of downtown traffic interrupting the tranquility of Bends dark starry nights. BEDROOMS The rooms are cozy and have comfortable beds. The master has a queen bed and is also equipped with a television and adjoining private bathroom. The master also has a mini split AC unit. Two other bedrooms provide ceiling fans for your comfort. One has a queen bed and the other 2 twins. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Relax with us in our inviting home a couple of block to Ponderosa Park and within minutes drive to the Old Mill District. Start your morning with a hike up Pilot Butte. Then hit the local donut shop, or cafe on your way to the many adventures that await you! HEATING & COOLING The house sits in the shade of pine, and juniper trees that does a great job cooling the home off in the summer. There is also a central fan to cool you off in the dining room as well as ceiling fans in the two bedrooms. Large windows opened up will cool you even in the summer. Bend really cools off in the evening!! Central heat will keep you warm on chilly nights. Master bedroom is equipped with a mini split AC unit. Please note that THIS IS THE ONLY AC UNIT IN THE HOME.
