Beds/sofa beds to sleep 34 people. Extra portable bedding for a total of up 40 people for larger family reunions and certain group situations - submit inquiry for details. Exceptional for family reunions and retreats. Note: Pool and pool room heating fee will be added for the months of November through March if you wish to use the pool for your group during those months. Both the pool and pool room are heated with natural gas. The fee depends on the expected outdoor temperatures and the number of nights reserved. We heat the pool to 84 degrees and the pool room to 80 degrees for your comfort during these months.
