Updated, Historic 1/1 close to beach & downtown!

Our place is close to Siesta Beach, good for anyone, families, those with kids, essential workers, friends or family. Walk to Red Bug Slough, a beautiful park with trails and wildlife. Please read our great reviews. - This is a private apartment, in a residential family home, in a wonderful, and safe area. A 3rd person or child may stay on the pull out sofa. You will share the yard with me and my family. We do also offer car rentals, e-bike rentals, and licensed in-house massage! The space 32" flat screen, no cable, Roku,free movies and TV shows on Netflix and hulu. There is laundry in the unit. The place comes clean. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee. There are cleaning supplies in the apartment to maintain it yourself for extended stays. The home is a typical single story 1925 bungalow. The apartment has it's own entrance in front and does not share any interior space with the other apartment. Guest access You will have a bedroom with private kitchen, laundry, bath and living room. You will share yard and parking areas. We ask that arrivals be before 8:30pm so we may meet and give you a key. If you require late check in we will provide a lock box and access code but we will not be available in person or by phone to help you if you have any issues, get lost, or can't get in. We have not had any issues so far, but be aware that I'm not available after 9:30 pm The RV/Motorhome might be available if you need more space, but is not included in the renrtal, message us prior to booking if interested. Other things to note Musicians live on the premises so you may hear us in the back, we will work around your requests if it is an issue. Typically we only play 4-5:30 on Thursdays and occasionally on Sundays. Quiet hours 8pm-7am This is a private family home, we reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time for any reason. So don't be creepy;) lol
