The swimming pool is heated and is framed by the beach beds and an outdoor lounge area. Moreover, there is a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The furnished porch, ideal at lunch or dinner, overlooks the swimming pool. The villa is equipped with a barbecue. There is a living room with dining area, kitchen and sitting room with sofa and television. On this floor there is part of the sleeping area with one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and laundry area. The bedrooms overlook the lovely rose garden. The lower floor of the villa consists of a large living room, a kitchen and 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom of Villa Gea is double, apart from one, a twin bedroom which, if necessary, can become a double bedroom. The lively town of Casarano is 3 kilometers away, while the beaches of Gallipoli, such as Baia Verde, are 13 kilometers away. Torre Suda is 16 kilometers away - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
