Fully equipped house and kitchen, including essentials like vinegar, oil, a wide variety of herbs, and coffee. Appliances: Fully automatic coffee machine, Senseo, and more—making it feel just like home. Pets allowed. The space In the living room, there is a cozy sitting area with two leather sofas. In front of it, the new fireplace provides crackling, cozy evening hours. Couples like to enjoy a few sensual, romantic hours together. Families like to use the sitting area by the fireplace for a relaxed "movie night," The flat-screen TV offers "video on demand" free of charge via Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or satellite TV with a hard disk recorder. And if the young people prefer to stream themselves: there is a high-speed Wi-Fi with 50 Mbit :-) Well-equipped standard kitchen with ceramic stove, exhaust air and dishwasher. A large, modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, from bubble bath to towels, everything is available. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 sleeping options on the functional sofa. Guest access In addition, our guests on the entire, 4.000m2 (!) Large grounds feel comfortable, including nocturnal campfire (on request). Enjoy the sun on your large terrace or the shade under the ancient fruit trees, the pear tree is estimated to be 100 years! The natural butterfly meadow is home to numerous admirals who like to join. Other things to note I'd be happy to prepare a campfire for you upon request. You are welcome to use the wood-burning stove; we offer firewood for a small fee, or you can purchase your own, for example, at a hardware store.
