A two story townhouse with decks. Walk down a private path to an amazing beach! Fully stocked kitchen. No crossing any roads! This villa has been in our family since 1971 without major remodeling. It is not 'fancy', and it has quirks (sticky doors; cranky fixtures) typical of an older home. Our price is low accordingly. A great deal at a great location. The space Cable TV in Living Room and Bedroom 2 only. For Master Bedroom and 2nd guest room have smart TVs for streaming, or there is a DVD player. Note: The entire unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Sorry, no ADA access. Guest access The Pool was completely renovated in Spring 2017. It is now heated in spring and fall - open all year! Lots of nice shade and sunshine all summer long! Other things to note We are so sorry, but recently the Ocean club regime changed their rules so that we are no longer able to accept pets.
