This beautiful, 5 bedroom 5 bath home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. With Air Conditioning!! If you are looking for nature and peacefulness, you are staying at the BEST PLACE. We are at 5500 ft elevation, so it allows you to see the stars at such a clear view at night. Every time we are in shaver, we don't ever want to come back home. Such clean air and beautiful nature. Hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do. #1 thing make yourself at home and embrace the beautiful nature. The space In our subdivision, we have a man made pond for children to fish and picnic tables for our guest to enjoy. We also have a walking trail 3 minutes up the road of little field. If you would like to go grab something to eat instead of cooking, you could also drive down to our Shaverlake downtown. It's about 3 miles from our home. You will find plenty of groceries stores, gas station, gift shops and many more. Guest access Our home for entertainment has pool table on the bottom third floor, shuffleboard and foosball table on the top floor and outside we have horseshoe pit for our guest to enjoy. A Double deck with plenty of room for gatherings, barbecues and beautiful views. We also have a neighborhood pond, down the street for kids to go fishing. (It is a catch and release area only). We have BOAT PARKING available on property. Plenty of room for numerous cars and boats. NO PARKING on the street. We have ample space for guests allowed to park in the driveway. (Please be respectful of our things and our neighborhood. Absolutely, No outdoor loud noise after 9pm) No loud parties, loud music or Karaoke after 9 pm. Other things to note Please NO SHOES in the house please. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING in the house. When using BBQ grill, please make sure, you clean it after every use. All trash needs to be disgarded, in a tightly close trash bag and put it in the large trash bin. If it's full find one area in the garage to put it where the housekeeper can pick up. We supply enough paper towels and toilet paper for your stay.
