Idyllically situated 8k Oxford, 5k Summertown, 8k Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and on cycle path. 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k to Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St Peters church. The barn has been appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen and open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk. The space The barn is a well appointed to a high standard. Although very close to Oxford and the Cotswolds it is a quiet and relaxing place to be. Sleeping arrangement: - A double bed in the Bedroom Upstairs - Sleeps 2. - A "Sofa" in the lounge, wide enough to sleep 1 person, when the back cushions are removed. This is NOT a sofa bed, but is probably more comfy than a single sofa bed.. Guest access The entire barn is available for the guests. Plus there is an outside space that is private and belongs to the barn. There is a sitting area where guests can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks. Please note : The lawn next to the drive in front of the barn is for guests use. The gardens around the main house are private. Other things to note Nearby attractions also include Oxford colleges, Ashmolean museum, Natural History Museum, picturesque Bibury village, Daylesford organic farm, Soho farmhouse, The Lakes by Yoo, Estelle Manor, Aynhoe Park, Cotswolds wildlife park and Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm and shop. The guest are allowed to use the electric charger on site with prior permission (on a first come first served basis), but there is a charge of £20 per night, which is also the minimum charge.
