Inside a small well-kept apartment building, with lift and private parking space, the house located on the 3rd floor, enjoys a beautiful panorama overlooking the traditional roofs of the village. The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is the equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), the dining area, the living area with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small closet. The living area overlooks a beautiful furnished patio and a small but very well-kept garden, where you can enjoy your meals. With two double bedrooms overlooking a well-furnished terrace and, a bathroom with shower, the first floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. All rooms are with air conditioned / heating. The furniture, the Flagship of the structure, recalls the Sardinian tradition revisited in a modern key, with the colors of the sea of our island. In the house are also available to our guests free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team. Guest access Guests can access the entire property.
