There are a total of 4 rental units on 1 acre of private lakeside property. Shared 180 ft long private, sandy beach. Tennis court, rackets, basketball hoop, 2 kayaks, canoe, shared outside fireplace, picnic tables, gas grills, 38 minutes to downtown Saratoga. Maximum of 4 people including children. No pets! Dock & 2 boat moors. Must reserve before hand. Verizon cell phone tower. The water levels are high in the spring & will affect the width of the beach. The space This is a small cabin. Four people would be the absolute maximum. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, & shower. The one BR has a full bed. The other has 2 twins. There is an excellent view of the lake. We are close to hiking trails. Gateway to the Adirondacks. Guest access There is a small parking area near the cabin. Guests would drive down a very short gravel driveway. Other things to note There are only two available moors for renters. Please specify if you need a moor. The first 2 renters that ask are the ones that get the moors. No pets. Wood for the outdoor fireplace is provided. Early in season water levels may be high and affect the amount of beach. There is a beautiful lawn overlooking beach. On the property the rental units consist of this cabin, another cabin, and both sides of a 2 family house. Each unit holds 4 people. One BR has a full bed, the other has 2 twins.
