The first floor of our cozy home features an open concept kitchen with an island / bar and brand new stainless steel appliances, an electric fireplace, cozy seating area, spacious bathroom, and enclosed washer and dryer. The beautiful upstairs bedroom / living room features the original birds-eye maple floors, shiplap ceiling, numerous windows with lots of natural sunlight, and an exterior door that leads to a private deck for sipping wine and enjoying the scenery.
