Very welcoming and cozy apartment in the heart of Kip’s Bay (just north of the famous East Village and not far from Manhattan)! Many restaurants that are walking distance (Ruby’s, Norma’s, Penelope) and easy, quick spots (Chipotle, Brick Oven Pizza, McDonald’s, Subway). 11 minute walk to Empire State Building. 15 minute subway to Times Square. Very easy access to subway (33rd street station), take train 4 directly to Brooklyn! 9 minute walk to NYC Ferry The space Living room with tv, kitchen with appliances and cookware & dishes, complimentary tea/coffee, free WiFi, bedroom, shelving and hanger space, bathroom. Fresh towels and hand towels provided- blow dryer, toiletries provided. We ask no shoes past hallway. Other things to note TV: no cable, but we have WiFi (access to streaming devices and apps) — Netflix, Apple TV, etc. Select input “Apple TV” for access to Apple TV. For Netflix, there’s a button on the tv remote you can select.
