Enjoy your own private stay in the Basement of our home. Private outside entry into cabin like vacation rental. Warm, clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, enjoy the beauty of our valley and mountains from the backyard. Only 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon NP and 60 minutes to Zion NP. *The entire basement with all pictured areas (bedrooms, living room, bathroom, etc.) are all yours with no shared spaces. Let us know if you have any questions about this* The space Big backyard with Basketball court, swing set available for use, basketballs, Corn Hole and other backyard games available for you to use located in storage bench in the back yard. Private refuge with fenced in yard for privacy! Family Friendly...lots of noise is acceptable!!! Guest access Living Room, Dish, netflix, dvd player and dvd's, private bedroom, bathroom, bedroom with kitchenette with a two burner stove top, pizza baker, Griddle, Crock Pot, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Keurig coffee maker, Traeger Barbecue Grill, Microwave Oven, NO OVEN, NO WASHER AND DRYER! Thanks! Other things to note Sorry we have no washer or Dryer, we have some nice Clean Laundromats in Panguitch that is available for your use. Sorry for the inconvenience! We don't have a regular Cooking Stove, but have a Stovetop with two burners, and all other cooking necessities to make your stay perfect!
