Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, and 2 tv’s With local channels and Roku streaming. Outside area is a beautiful large private courtyard with comfortable seating, a propane fire-pit, a propane barbecue and a private hot tub spa just for your use. Private off street parking with easy access to back entrance of cottage. Electric outlet in guest parking area. Free EV charging station in City of Ashland public parking lot one block away. This is one of three residences on the property. Owner lives in the upstairs apartment, which has a separate entrance and outdoor area. The second residence is separated from the cottage by a fence and provides privacy. There are no shared spaces.
