Beautifully renovated modern cottage. All appliances and furniture are brand new. Space on the dock for your boat! Plenty of room for beach activities and yard games. Plenty of parking. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage and there are chairs and toys for quest use. All the space is open for you. There is a fire pit and wood at the cottage. There are 2 kayaks for your use. There are several floats and yard games for you to use. We have a grill with an extra propane in the garage for just in case. There are several places to rent pontoons on the lake. Just google Boat rental Angola and Fremont Indiana. There are 5 lakes to explore! There is dock space for you to park your boat. We do have a golf cart in the garage, we also have our pontoon on one of the dock spots and wave runners. Due to liability with the boats and golf cart they will not be for guest use. We may come up and hop on our boat and will not intrude with your stay. Each bedroom has their own smart TV.s. We have Mediacom TV service. The kitchen is fully furnished. You can message us with any questions on what all extra appliances. The Kids bedroom with bunk beds TV has a built in DVD player. We have Sonos hook up and speakers in the great room and outside patio for you to play your favorite music. You will need to download the Sonos App. We furnish sheets and towels. The two bedrooms with queen beds are both remote controlled adjustable beds. We have a grill on the patio. We have a Keurig coffee maker that you must use their Keurig cups. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage. The cottage has a new furnace and air conditioner. Snow lake attaches to Lake James, Big Otter, Little Otter, and Jimmerson Lake. There are many restaurants on the lakes and surrounding area’s. You are in Northeast Indiana lake country. On Lake James is Pokagon State park which has hiking, biking, beaches and playgrounds.
