In the middle of Leipzig apartment 2

Corona: our apartments are thoroughly disinfected before each new occupation. Disinfectants are sufficiently available for each tenant. Our 1-room apartment is located in a renovated old building on the ground floor. A balcony, a kitchen, living room with double bed for 2 adults, a bathroom with shower and tub are available. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 1 child. After consultation, a higher occupancy may be possible. Pets on request. The space The apartment is located in the district of Reudnitz, 15 minutes walk to downtown bz 5 min by bus and train. The large old peace park with the botanical garden and the modern Lene-Voigt park with many children's playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. Many suggestions for excursions or sightseeing in Leipzig as well as current event tips can be found in a large number of literature in the apartment. We like to hang fresh rolls on the door . City tours are available in German and English. Special events such as wedding anniversary , birthday and other surprises are organized by us according to agreement. Please note that the City of Leipzig has introduced a guest tax since 01.01.2019. This is in our case 3,- € per night + apartment or +1.5€ per additional adult. We are obliged to collect this amount from you on site and transfer it to the City of Leipzig. Additional costs for dog 25,- and child of any age 10,-/night are not covered by Airbnb are also paid on site Guest access We live in the next house and are therefore always close. There are no arrival times, even at night we welcome guests. Please call about 1 hour before your arrival so that we can clarify the handover of the keys.
