The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and long evenings, with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all you need for relaxed cooking and entertaining. Both the kitchen and sitting room open onto a 90sqm covered veranda, the heart of summer life at i Ginepri. Here you'll find ample seating for up to 15 guests, a large barbecue, a pizza oven, shaded dining area, and uninterrupted views of the Apuan Alps - perfect for long lunches and sunset dinners. The barn, south-facing and overlooking the pool and mountains, offers a more secluded space. Accessed via an external staircase, it includes a small kitchen, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a corner with plush armchairs, and a mezzanine with a double bed beneath low beams - ideal for a couple or older children. The 11 x 5.5m salted swimming pool sits within a fenced garden filled with trees, roses, buddleia, stipa. There are sun loungers for all guests, shaded seating under an iron pergola and relaxed lounging areas. Nearby, a rose-covered gazebo houses a table-tennis table. Children will enjoy the swings, slide , and open space to explore, while adults can wander through the fruit orchard or simply enjoy the stillness of the surrounding countryside. In summer, when the stream at the bottom of the property runs dry, it is possible to walk to the village of Serricciolo, where you will find a small supermarket, a pizzeria, a bar and a small shop. A local butcher selling regional cheeses and meats is just five minutes away by car. As the day fades, the view of the Apuan Alps - with the dramatic peak of Pizzo d'Uccello (1,781m) - becomes unforgettable.
