The bedroom on this listing has a double size bed, 1 closet and a TV, dresser and a night stand. Common space is available if needed. The house has a front porch and back deck if you are in need of some sun and fresh air or just need a quiet space. My home is uniquely located 20 mins from JFK, 25 mins from LGA and 20 mins from Citifield and US Open Tennis Center. If you are headed to NYC then we are 1 hour from the city via LIRR. This lovely home features all of the amenities that would make your stay pleasurable and feel just like home. Room features a television, access to kitchen, living room and dining area. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, deck, front porch, driveway if necessary, although I prefer to park in the driveway. I am available evenings and weekends to assist if necessary and I am always available via text/phone/email.
