112D - 2BR/2 Baths at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, FL The space One King DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the primary bedroom and two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 48" TV in the living room, a 32" TV in the primary bedroom and a 32" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes three DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25. 4 Night Minimum.
