This beautiful home is literally across the street from Zuma -- the biggest, best beach in Malibu with a long boardwalk (No worries about the tide or a “wet beach” like most of Malibu). There are ocean views from every room, a huge backyard, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor hot shower, modern amenities - this house has it all and is the perfect haven! Long-term lease and discounts are an option, especially for anyone affected by the fires. The space There is a pool with a large Baja step which is great for young ones and a table with built in stools right in the middle to enjoy a cocktail or play some cards! There is a large jacuzzi, an outdoor grill and bar, an outdoor hot shower and a huge yard that is beautifully landscaped for you and your family to enjoy. The inside of our home has modern, clean decor with an open plan chef’s kitchen, New Zealand wool shag carpeting and panoramic windows that see the white water! The master bedroom has a king size bed, Cedar walk-in closet, modern freestanding soaking tub big enough for two people and beautiful glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s own separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin bed with an option to pull out a second twin trundle bed. This also has its own bathroom with a nice steam shower. There are two large living rooms, dining room and chef's kitchen all open plan and great for socializing. The whole place is very light and airy with views of the ocean and beautiful gardens all around! Two minute walk down to the beach and watch the dolphins surf the waves as you take in the fresh salty air. Spend the afternoon grilling fresh local seafood and chill poolside with a cool beverage and some delicious California fruit. Spend the early evening watching the pelicans glide by as you relax in the garden. Or cuddle up in front of the fireplace to a movie.
