214D - 2BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the primary bedroom and two Full DP beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 60" TV in the living room, a 32" TV in the primary bedroom, and a 37" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes a CD/radio combo, DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, small grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
