209A - 1BR/1.5 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed and one Full DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the bedroom upstairs. The living room also has a Queen Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. There is a half bath downstairs and the bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
