Seaside Resort 3 Bedroom Corner - Assignment 2

The corner units are located on multiple floors of The Resort and are luxuriously appointed. These condos are approximately 1350 square feet and offer spectacular views of the coastline from Tillamook Head to Washington State. The units are limited to 6 guests and offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony and jetted tub. They are furnished with a king, queen, and two twin beds. Unlike the other units, these do not have the Murphy bed in the living area. Other things to note The resort requires a photo ID and credit/debit card deposit to check in. This deposit is refundable upon guest departure if the condo has not been neglected/damaged during the guest stay. The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing a guest name on a booking comes with a fee of $130. This fee is subject to change. Wifi is available for a fee. There is parking available in the parking garage for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 7 ft to fit into the parking garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. Guests Occupancy - The maximum number of guests cannot be exceeded, this includes visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward total occupancy as well. The maximum occupancy of this condo is 6 people.
