With some of the best OBX restaurants within walking and biking distance, this is the number one place to be for fun in Nags Head! The space Location, location, location! Looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Outer Banks? Look no further than our efficiency apartment with private entrance located in the downstairs of our family home. With a private entrance and outdoor area plus all the amenities you need for a great vacation, you'll feel right at home in our cozy and inviting space. Featuring a spacious bedroom and a comfortable couch, our apartment is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare light meals and snacks. The bathroom features a large tiled shower and we have an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes and salty skin. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on our private outdoor seating area or take a nap in the hammock. Our backyard offers plenty of space to play and relax. Our home is perfectly located between Jockey's Ridge State Park and the Outer Banks Mall. Biking is a popular mode of transportation in the area and the beach and sound are easily accessible by bike via sidewalks and crosswalks. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby 18-hole championship course at Nags Head Golf Links. We take pride in being able to provide our guests with insider tips on the best dining spots and things to do in the area. We provide beach chairs and bikes to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You are more than welcome to borrow our surf boards to catch some waves! Our neighborhood features an outdoor waterside community complex with pickleball, basketball, an and a playground as well as a dock for fishing and crabbing. A small sound side beach access is also within walking distance, ideal for watching the sunset or launching a kayak or paddleboard. As a family-friendly home, we ask that guests keep noise levels reasonable and avoid loud partying or drug use. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all of our guests to enjoy! We have two kids, and you may hear their little footsteps from time to time or see them playing in the back yard! Guest access Guests enter through the gate on the right side of the house and follow the step stones to the apartment door at the back right corner of the house. There is a keyless entry and guests will be sent the code to get in the day before check in. Other things to note We love living here and love sharing it with visitors! I'm a stay at home mom and my husband is a local musician. I am more than happy to help with anything during your stay! Our house is an older beach box style that we renovated ourselves. You won't be disappointed with this cute and cozy space! We do not allow pets (as we have allergies and so do other guests). If you choose to go against the house rules and bring a pet, you will be charged an additional $300 per night, per pet.
