It is a short walk to Santana row and Valley Fair Mall and a 5 minute drive to SJC Airport. This suite is 1 of 2 Airbnbs on the property. 1 Parking spot on the driveway, directly in front of the Airbnb. 0.3 mi to Santana Row 0.3 mi to Westfield/Valley Fair 3.1 mi to SJC Airport The space This is 1 of 2 Airbnbs hosted on the property. It is private with its own front door to the bedroom and bathroom. There are shared walls and a locked solid door separating the units. There is NO kitchen or laundry but there is a microwave, mini fridge and electric kettle. One parking space is available on the driveway. Shared Tesla EV charger available- (240V 40A Level 2 Wall Connector). Overnight charge fee of $15. FREE external wall outlet available for Level 1 charging. Tesla Powerwall so we always have power during an outage. Guest access The suite is private and not shared with its own front door to the bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note The suite is private however noise levels are high/moderate because of the shared walls and building layout. We ask all guest to be respectful and reduce noise levels to a minimum in the late evenings and early mornings. I have provided a white noise machine by the bedside table to help reduce noise.
