212D - 2BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One King DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the primary bedroom and one Full and Queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 58" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed except for the Owner's own pets. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
