Guest area has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; living room w/sectional sofa, eat-in kitchen, game room w/ping-pong table, craft table, large deck overlooks 1.5 acres. 20-25 min drive time to the airport or downtown Nashville. Owner lives on property & maintains a separate suite w/own entrance. Very safe neighborhood, neighbors include police officers, firemen and a Council person who all live on our street. Space is only rented to one occupant/couple/family at a time, so no sharing a bathroom or living space with strangers. We have a lovable "Tennessee Brown Dog" that will sometimes be on the deck or in the shared back yard. Access/use of living room, kitchen, game room, deck, yard, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests will be emailed a door code to access the property 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests can arrive any time after 1 pm. Checkout is 1:00 pm. I will be available 24/7 prior to and during your stay. If any issues arise, I will take care of everything quickly and efficiently. Our property location in Goodlettsville is just off the 65 Interstate (exit 98). Nearby is Mansker Station, an historic park with a river, walking trails and buildings from the Civil War era. The town of Goodlettsville has 8+ antique stores in the area, local shopping (Kroger and Publix among other stores), a weekly farmers market (Thursday afternoon) and not much traffic to speak of. Uber and Lyft drivers live close by and can usually offer rides within minutes - or you can schedule a pick-up to suit your time frame. If you choose to explore or play in the backyard, please be aware of the following. We are located in a "country area" and we have lots of trees, a creek and nature's usual inhabitants - some of which are birds, squirrels, ground hogs, skunks, crayfish and raccoons. Although the lawns are green and beautiful, there are inconsistencies in the terrain so closed shoes should be worn in the backyard and stepping carefully is strongly advised.
