Seaspray Condos - 100D

100D - 2BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One King bed in the primary bedroom and one Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, two crock pots (one large and one small), electric skillet, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
